Çfarë të dhënash mbledhim
- Llogaria: emri i plotë, numri i telefonit, email-i (opsional), qyteti dhe roli (klient ose mjeshtër).
- Vendndodhja e përafërt: përdoret vetëm për t'ju shfaqur mjeshtrit afër jush dhe për kërkesat urgjente (SOS).
- Fotot: fotoja e profilit dhe fotot e punëve që ngarkoni vetë.
- Dokumentet e verifikimit (vetëm mjeshtrit): letërnjoftimi dhe një selfie.
Nuk vendosen kurrë në një adresë publike dhe lexohen vetëm nga rishikuesi ynë përmes një
lidhjeje të mbrojtur me fjalëkalim. Fotot fshihen menjëherë pas miratimit ose
refuzimit.
Pas fshirjes ruajmë vetëm: emrin siç është shkruar në dokument, numrin e dokumentit,
një gjurmë kriptografike (SHA-256) të fotos, dhe vendimin. Këto nuk mund të kthehen në foto.
I ruajmë sepse shenja "i verifikuar" u thotë klientëve se dimë kush është ky person — dhe
nëse ndodh diçka në shtëpinë e një klienti, kjo është e vetmja mënyrë që kjo të jetë e vërtetë.
Nuk u shfaqen kurrë klientëve dhe nuk ndahen me askënd përveç organeve kompetente me kërkesë ligjore.
- Dokumentet e kompanisë (vetëm kompanitë): ekstrakti i regjistrimit të biznesit
dhe, kur nevojitet, letërnjoftimi i pronarit. Trajtohen njësoj si dokumentet e identitetit:
nuk vendosen kurrë në një adresë publike, ruhen vetëm në bazën tonë të të dhënave dhe
fshihen menjëherë pas vendimit. Pas fshirjes ruajmë vetëm emrin ligjor të
biznesit, numrin e regjistrimit, një gjurmë SHA-256 të fotos dhe vendimin.
- Punëtorët e regjistruar nga një kompani: nëse punëdhënësi juaj ju shton në
llogarinë e tij, ai ruan emrin dhe numrin tuaj të telefonit dhe punët që ju cakton. Kompania
është kontrolluesi i këtyre të dhënave; ne i përpunojmë për të. Kompania duhet të konfirmojë
shprehimisht se ju ka njoftuar. Për të ditur ose fshirë çfarë mban për ju, shkruani te ne dhe
ne e përcjellim kërkesën te kompania.
- Kontaktet (opsionale): nëse e aktivizoni funksionin "kontaktet e mia e njohin këtë mjeshtër", numrat përpunohen në telefonin tuaj: për secilin llogaritet një gjurmë SHA-256 dhe dërgohet vetëm ajo. Numrat e plotë nuk largohen kurrë nga pajisja dhe ne nuk i marrim e nuk i ruajmë kurrë. Ruajmë vetëm gjurmët, për të krahasuar kush njeh kë.
- Përmbajtja e përdorimit: kërkesat, ofertat, rezervimet, mesazhet dhe vlerësimet që krijoni në aplikacion.
Si i përdorim
- Për të lidhur klientët me mjeshtër të verifikuar afër tyre — ky është qëllimi i vetëm i platformës.
- Për verifikimin e identitetit të mjeshtrit (shenja e verifikimit).
- Për sigurinë: raportimet dhe bllokimet shqyrtohen nga ekipi ynë.
- Nuk i shesim të dhënat tuaja askujt dhe nuk bëjmë reklamim me to.
Me kë i ndajmë
- Google Firebase — hyrja me numër telefoni (SMS) dhe njoftimet.
- Cloudinary — ruajtja e fotove të profilit, të punëve dhe, përkohësisht deri në
vendim, e dokumenteve të verifikimit (të mbrojtura, jo publike).
- Render — serverët dhe baza e të dhënave (Frankfurt, BE).
Këta janë përpunues teknikë; asnjëri nuk i përdor të dhënat tuaja për qëllime të veta.
Sa gjatë i mbajmë
- Fotot e dokumenteve (identiteti dhe regjistrimi i biznesit): deri në vendim,
pastaj fshihen.
- Të dhënat e regjistrimit të biznesit (emri ligjor, numri i regjistrimit,
gjurma e fotos): sa të jetë llogaria e kompanisë aktive, plus 12 muaj.
- Të dhënat e identitetit (emri në dokument, numri i dokumentit, gjurma e fotos):
sa të jetë profili aktiv, plus 12 muaj pas mbylljes së tij.
- Të dhënat e llogarisë dhe përmbajtja: sa të keni llogari aktive.
Baza ligjore
Të dhënat i përpunojmë sipas Ligjit Nr. 06/L-082 për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale
të Republikës së Kosovës. Bazat ligjore që përdorim:
- Zbatimi i kontratës — llogaria, rezervimet, mesazhet: pa to shërbimi nuk funksionon.
- Pëlqimi juaj — fotot e dokumenteve të verifikimit, vendndodhja dhe gjurmët e
kontakteve. Pëlqimin mund ta tërhiqni në çdo kohë.
- Interesi ynë legjitim — siguria e platformës: parandalimi i mashtrimit,
shqyrtimi i raportimeve, dhe ruajtja e të dhënave të identitetit (emri në dokument dhe numri i
tij) për mjeshtrit e verifikuar. Kjo e fundit është e domosdoshme që shenja "i verifikuar" të
ketë kuptim: pa të, nuk do të dinim kë e lejuam në shtëpinë e një klienti.
Të drejtat tuaja
Për të dhënat tuaja keni të drejtë:
- Qasje — të merrni një kopje të të dhënave që mbajmë për ju.
- Korrigjim — të ndreqni çdo të dhënë të pasaktë (emri, qyteti, zanati ndryshohen
drejtpërdrejt në aplikacion).
- Fshirje — të kërkoni fshirjen e llogarisë dhe të të dhënave tuaja.
- Kufizim dhe kundërshtim — të kundërshtoni një përpunim të caktuar.
- Bartje — t'i merrni të dhënat tuaja në një format të lexueshëm nga makina.
- Tërheqje e pëlqimit — pa pasojë për shërbimet që nuk varen prej tij.

Fshirja e llogarisë dhe e të dhënave
Mund të kërkoni fshirjen e plotë të llogarisë duke na shkruar në
info@mjeshtri-im.com. E përpunojmë brenda 30 ditëve.
Çfarë ndodh: emri, telefoni, email-i, fotot dhe profili juaj fshihen ose anonimizohen.
Rezervimet dhe vlerësimet e kryera mbeten pa emrin tuaj, sepse i përkasin edhe palës tjetër —
një klient nuk mund të humbasë historikun e vet sepse mjeshtri mbylli llogarinë.
Një përjashtim, të cilin po jua themi hapur: nëse keni qenë mjeshtër i verifikuar, të dhënat e
identitetit (emri në dokument dhe numri i tij) ruhen edhe 12 muaj pas mbylljes, për siguri të
klientëve që kanë pasur punë me ju. Fotot janë fshirë prej kohësh.
Nëse keni një llogari kompanie
Kur pronari i vetëm i një kompanie fshin llogarinë e vet, kompania mbyllet bashkë me të. Kjo do
të thotë:
- Telefoni dhe email-i i kontaktit të kompanisë fshihen — janë të juajat.
- Ekstrakti i regjistrimit të biznesit fshihet menjëherë.
- Të gjitha vendet e punëtorëve mbyllen. Punëtorët me llogari të veten mbeten me profilin,
vlerësimet dhe renditjen e tyre — ato nuk kanë qenë kurrë tuajat.
- Emrat dhe numrat e punëtorëve të menaxhuar (ata pa llogari në aplikacion)
fshihen. Ne i kemi mbajtur vetëm në emër të kompanisë suaj; kur ajo mbyllet, nuk ka më arsye
t'i mbajmë.
- Emrat, numrat dhe adresat e klientëve të kompanisë suaj fshihen, për të
njëjtën arsye.
- Abonimi anulohet dhe çdo ftesë e pahapur revokohet.
Çfarë mbetet: rreshtat e punëve — data, statusi, shuma dhe numri i faturës — pa asnjë emër.
Këto janë regjistrim biznesi, jo të dhëna personale, dhe një numër fature që tregon askund do të
ishte problem më vete.
Nëse jeni punëtor në kompaninë e dikujt tjetër dhe fshini llogarinë tuaj, vendi
juaj në atë ekip mbyllet. Kompania e atij tjetri nuk preket — nuk është e juaja.
Nëse keni një llogari kompanie
Kur pronari i vetëm i një kompanie fshin llogarinë e vet, kompania mbyllet bashkë me të. Kjo do
të thotë:
- Telefoni dhe email-i i kontaktit të kompanisë fshihen — janë të juajat.
- Ekstrakti i regjistrimit të biznesit fshihet menjëherë.
- Të gjitha vendet e punëtorëve mbyllen. Punëtorët me llogari të veten mbeten me profilin,
vlerësimet dhe renditjen e tyre — ato nuk kanë qenë kurrë tuajat.
- Emrat dhe numrat e punëtorëve të menaxhuar (ata pa llogari në aplikacion)
fshihen. Ne i kemi mbajtur vetëm në emër të kompanisë suaj; kur ajo mbyllet, nuk ka më arsye
t'i mbajmë.
- Emrat, numrat dhe adresat e klientëve të kompanisë suaj fshihen, për të
njëjtën arsye.
- Abonimi anulohet dhe çdo ftesë e pahapur revokohet.

Mjeshtri Im — the local-services marketplace for Kosovo. Effective: 20 korrik 2026 / 20 July 2026
What we collect
- Account: full name, phone number, email (optional), city and role (client or worker).
- Approximate location: used only to show workers near you and for emergency (SOS) requests.
- Photos: the profile photo and job photos you upload yourself.
- Verification documents (workers only): ID card and a selfie. Never placed on a
public URL, and read only by our reviewer over a password-protected connection.
The images are deleted immediately after approval or rejection.
After deletion we keep only: the name as printed on the document, the document number, a
cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of the image, and the decision. These cannot be turned back
into a photograph. We keep them because the "verified" badge tells clients we know who this
person is — and if something happens in a client's home, this is the only thing that makes that
true. They are never shown to clients and never shared with anyone except competent authorities
on a lawful request.
- Company documents (companies only): the business registration extract and,
where needed, the owner's ID card. Handled exactly like identity documents: never on a public
URL, stored only in our database, and deleted immediately after the decision.
After deletion we keep only the legal business name, the registration number, a SHA-256
fingerprint of the image, and the decision.
- Workers registered by a company: if your employer adds you to their account,
they hold your name, your phone number, and the jobs they assign you. The company is the
controller of that data and we process it on their behalf. The company must explicitly confirm
it has told you. To find out or delete what it holds about you, write to us and we pass the
request to the company.
- Contacts (optional): if you enable the "my contacts know this worker" feature, the numbers are processed on your phone: a SHA-256 fingerprint is computed for each one and only that is sent. The full numbers never leave your device — we never receive them and never store them. We keep only the fingerprints, to compare who knows whom.
- Usage content: the requests, offers, bookings, messages and reviews you create in the app.
How we use it
- To connect clients with verified workers near them — the platform's only purpose.
- To verify a worker's identity (the verified badge).
- For safety: reports and blocks are reviewed by our team.
- We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Google Firebase — phone (SMS) sign-in and notifications.
- Cloudinary — profile and job photo storage, and temporarily (until the
decision) the verification documents, stored as protected, non-public assets.
- Render — servers and database (Frankfurt, EU).
These are technical processors; none of them uses your data for their own purposes.
Retention
- Document images (identity and business registration): until the decision,
then deleted.
- Business registration data (legal name, registration number, image
fingerprint): for as long as the company account is active, plus 12 months.
- Identity data (name on the document, document number, image fingerprint):
for as long as the profile is active, plus 12 months after it closes.
- Account data and content: for as long as your account is active.
Legal basis
We process personal data under Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data
of the Republic of Kosovo. The bases we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — account, bookings, messages: the service cannot work without them.
- Your consent — verification document images, location, and contact
fingerprints. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Our legitimate interest — platform safety: fraud prevention, reviewing
reports, and retaining identity data (name on the document and its number) for verified
workers. That last one is what gives the "verified" badge meaning: without it we would not
know who we let into a client's home.
Your rights
- Access — receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct anything inaccurate (name, city and trades are editable in the app).
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and data.
- Restriction and objection — object to a particular processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — without affecting services that do not depend on it.

Account and data deletion

You can request full deletion of your account by writing to
info@mjeshtri-im.com. We process it within 30 days.
What happens: your name, phone, email, photos and profile are deleted or anonymised. Completed
bookings and reviews remain without your name, because they also belong to the other party — a
client cannot lose their own history because a worker closed their account.
One exception, stated plainly: if you were a verified worker, your identity data (the name on
your document and its number) is kept for a further 12 months after closure, for the safety of the
clients who had work done by you. The images were deleted long before.
If you have a company account
When the sole owner of a company deletes their account, the company is wound down with it:
- The company's contact phone and email are deleted — they are yours.
- The business registration extract is deleted immediately.
- Every worker seat is ended. Workers with their own account keep their profile, reviews and
rank — those were never yours.
- The names and phone numbers of managed workers (the ones with no app
account) are deleted. We only ever held them on your company's behalf; once it closes there
is no reason to keep them.
- The names, phone numbers and addresses of your company's customers are
deleted, for the same reason.
- The subscription is cancelled and any open invitation is revoked.
What remains: the job rows — date, status, amount and invoice number — with no names on them.
Those are a business record rather than personal data, and an invoice number pointing at nothing
would be a problem of its own.
If you are a worker on someone else's company and you delete your account, your
seat on that team ends. Their company is untouched — it is not yours.
If you have a company account

Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you have the right to complain to the
Information and Privacy Agency (AIP) of the Republic of Kosovo —
aip.rks-gov.net.
