How to delete your account
1. In the app (fastest)
Open Profile → Delete account. It happens immediately and
needs no approval from us.
2. By email (if you cannot sign in)
Write to info@mjeshtri-im.com from the account's address, or
give us the phone number you registered with. We complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address and profile photo.
- Your sign-in credential — you will not be able to log in again afterwards.
- Your work photos and profile description.
- Identity documents were already deleted, immediately after they were reviewed.
What remains, and why
- Completed bookings and reviews remain, without your name. They belong to the
other party as well: a client cannot lose their own history of work done because a worker
closed their account.
- If you were a verified worker, your identity data (the name printed on your
document and its number) is kept for a further 12 months after closure, for
the safety of clients who had work done by you. The document image was deleted long before.
- If you were the sole owner of a company account, the company is wound down
with you: contact details deleted, business registration extract deleted, subscription
cancelled, and the names of your workers and customers anonymised. Invoices keep their dates
and amounts, without names.
